When you choose Hunter Lake Air Conditioning, you do so with the confidence of knowing you have many years of worry-free comfort ahead. In the unlikely event of a fault arising due to installation the air conditioning system is covered for 24 months from installation. However, should any issues or concerns arise outside of the warranty term we are more than happy to assist by diagnosing the air conditioning system and liaising with manufacturer.
All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Daikin '5-Year Parts and Labour' warranty applies to all Daikin split, multi-split and ducted air conditioners professionally installed in domestic premises in Australia.
